Train – Swim

Swim Training Schedule:
By July 1
: Swim for 20 minutes non-stop, at least two times.
By Aug. 1: Swim for 40 minutes non-stop, at least two times.
By Sept. 1: Swim non-stop for about one hour. Swim in rough water
(whitecaps visible) for at least 30 minutes.

The above schedule is a minimal training estimate for an average person and it in no way guarantees success. Always consult a health or fitness professional before embarking on a new exercise regimen.
